Personal Goal
I created this tumblr blog so that I can shatter my literary glass ceiling.
How I am going to do this is quite simple. Starting on Monday, February 28, 2011, I will be posting five entries a week. One each day Monday to Friday. This will help me transfer my crazy nonsense into literature.
Each person expresses his or her thoughts and feelings through a variety of mediums. There are many ways to do it. Some do it through music; choosing that one perfect song which best describes the current emotion. Others do it through works of art, whether it be a drawing or painting. There are even ones who do it through dance. Personally, I have expressed my emotions using a few of these methods. The one I have purposely stayed away from is writing. Not once have I felt that I am a good writer. Well, it’s a new year and that means new opportunities. The inspiration to which I have set this goal comes from a personal blog I read called, Until I Get Married. Yes, the author, Jozen, has had a lot more practice when it comes to writing, but hey, that’s not going to stop me. Just think of it this way, this blog is for the tumblr followers (all 2 of them) to have something to read whenever they are bored. Thanks for following. I won’t let you down.
